Foundation in place

Phase 1: get a little dude on the screen. Get the little dude moving.

Foundation

Movement, input, and aim are in. New Input System is wired. You can move, turn, strafe; the reticle tracks where you’re pointing. Entity and registry systems are in place so we can hang teams, targeting, and later combat off a stable ID layer. No gameplay yet. Next is combat, then something to shoot at.
