Ability learning and scrolls are in.

Abilities can now come from class progression or scroll drops. Some abilities are granted automatically by class: reach the required level on that class and the character gets them. Others are scroll-only.

Most scrolls follow their class. Rare off-class scrolls can teach an ability outside the character’s normal pool, bending class rules through loot.

Scroll inspect shows what the scroll teaches, who can use it, and ability details. Learning the scroll adds the ability to that character.
